When visiting We Play, please remember the following policies and guidelines:
Current waiver must be on file in order to enter the facility.
Parents are required to stay with their child in the facility for the duration of their playtime (exception is birthday parties).
Parents are required to supervise their children at all times.
Admission is limited to 2 hours.
Report any accidents or injuries to the front desk. CALL 911 immediately if needed.
You are responsible for your own personal belongings.
Please leave food and drinks outside of designated play areas.
No gum allowed in the facility.
Alcohol is not allowed in the facility.
Grip socks are always required for both kids and adults in the play areas.
Shirt and pants/shorts must be worn at all times.
Please use equipment and the facility properly; improper use resulting in damages, replacement or repairs will be the user’s responsibility.
No running outside of play areas.
Maximum weight capacity of 220 pounds on main structure and 155 pounds on the ninja course.
Pushing, rough play and excessive shouting are not tolerated. Please remind your children about the rules of playing nicely.
The toddler area is designed and designated for children ages 3 and under. For the safety and enjoyment of our youngest guests, please keep older children out of this area

Our rules and policies were put in place to protect all visitors and equipment. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our rules.
Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to us. We understand you will not support us if our facility is not clean and safe. How do we know this? Because we have the same expectations when we are at another family facility. We are not perfect, so please bring any cleanliness issues to our attention.
Our Regional manager spent over 10 years in a hospital setting and truly understands cleaning procedures and the importance of maintaining a facility to the highest of standards.
Cleanliness is a top priority at We Play. We use a highly effective yet safe cleaning solution throughout our facility, with high-touch areas cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the day. Our play structure is cleaned daily, and we also perform regular deep cleans that go beyond the areas guests can see or touch. We take the extra time to clean those often-overlooked spaces because we believe every detail matters when it comes to providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for your family. Your family’s experience and your peace of mind matter to us.
